Extraction

مطالب

The appropriate extraction method for each mineral reserve is selected based on its characteristics, host rock characteristics and other adverse conditions. Decisions based on this feature usually do not lead to a unique extraction method and the optimal method must be chosen from among the various options.
Mineral resource extraction includes two main groups of surface extraction methods and underground extraction. The effective criteria in selecting the extraction method and evaluating it are divided into two general groups. The first group is the criteria related to the characteristics of the deposit, from which we can refer to the geometric characteristics of the deposit, such as slope, depth and the like. The other group of criteria is not related to mineral reserves and includes environmental conditions including technology status, economic conditions and market conditions. Although it shows the impact of environmental factors in the long run, this does not mean that these factors are less important than the criteria of the first group.

Surveying and volume calculation
Since the geometric characteristics of the deposit have the greatest impact on the choice of mining method (surface or underground), production capacity, material transfer method and location of the mining network within an deposit are the most important factors.
The larger the mass of the deposit, the more likely it is to be extracted openly, although this will also be a function of the depth of the deposit.
To calculate the volume of tailings, continuous mapping operations are performed with the camera. The captured data is used as primary and secondary topography to calculate volumes with software such as Civil3D and Surfer.

Mining pit design
Using data from mineral exploration and genesis, the mining peat is designed and simulated to draw and execute the most optimal path to the mineral, and usually the priority is with the extraction method, which reaches the production stage faster and has a short payback time.

Equipping the ingot workshop
The space available in the mining workshops is considered as a valuable resource that the cost of moving other consumables in the project can be reduced or increased according to its arrangement. Equipping the workshop Before starting the extraction operation, according to the extraction method and the amount of tailings and mineral storage, the required equipment will be installed and commissioned
